The fourth annual “Jameson Irish Whiskey Presents Georgia On My Mind” hosted by the Peach Pickers to benefit the Georgia Music Foundation takes place on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. The Peach Pickers, the songwriting collective of Georgia natives including Rhett Akins, Ben Hayslip and Georgia Music Foundation chair Dallas Davidson, have assembled a group of friends to perform on May 16 including: Billy Currington, Lauren Alaina, T. Graham Brown, Drivin’ N Cryin’, Jimmy Hall of Wet Willie, Chris Janson, Kip Moore, Amy Ray of Indigo Girls, Michael Ray, Dexter Redding, Otis Redding III plus singer/songwriters Trea Landon, Jon Langston and Cole Taylor with more announcements on the way.
The evening includes a special performance by students from the Georgia Pick and Bow Traditional Music School in Dahlonega, who received a grant from the Georgia Music Foundation in 2016 from concert proceeds.
